Watercolor Print

  • Beloved New York artist Kazuya Morimoto devotes much of his time to painting the city streets, especially historical preservation areas such as Greenwich Village, the West Village, and nearby neighborhoods. Recently, he has been archiving old shop fronts and capturing the moments of local scenes before they change and lose their current quality.

Kaz shares his talent with Teich with these 8.5 x 11 digital watercolor prints that so beautifully capture the city we love and call home.

Teich Toys & Books resides on the ground floor of a beautifully detailed late-1800s 5-story Romanesque-revival building designed by Ralph Townsend. It is clad in brownstone, brick and terra-cotta. In the early 1900s, the building was occupied by Liberty Storage & Moving and the company's name in still painted on the building facade between the 2nd and 3rd floors.

    - 8.5 x 11 inches
