Customer Service
We accept returns and exchanges on all unused items within 14 days of delivery. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Fragrances, bath and body, and grooming products are not refundable. We charge sales tax to residents living in New York (8.875%).
Please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be processed. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email.
All U.S. orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number.
Refunds will be credited to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customers are welcome to return or exchange at our New York store.
We reserve the right to refuse receipt of a return and deny a refund or store credit if items are returned in unsellable condition, or after 14 days. We will not be responsible for lost return parcels therefore we suggest taking out appropriate insurance on any return. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
